Maintenance Analyst Assistant

Position Summary

Analyzes equipment and component costs, and other maintenance metrics and prepares reports based on results. Provides administrative

support to the maintenance division.

Role And Responsibilities

• Collects, analyzes, and reports data related to equipment and component parts performance
• Conducts costs analyses to summarize the activities of the division
• Monitors maintenance division policies and procedures and recommends improvements, including cost saving opportunities, as needed
• Confers with multiple departments and vendors to dispute incorrect charges on invoices related to repairs
• Researches, compiles, and tracks reports, spreadsheets, and correspondence
• Sources vendors, organizes and analyzes bids, and conducts vendor onboarding
• Tests new division processes and systems to improve efficiencies and productivity
• Ensures work order pools are correct and up to date
• Establishes and maintains positive working relationships
• Travels to shop and vendor locations as needed
• Receives and carries out instructions
• Maintains regular and predictable attendance
• Performs other duties as assigned
