✅ 8+ years of hands-on COBOL/CICS/DB2 coding, testing, and debugging
✅ 8+ years of experience with IBM OS/JCL (MVS) and IBM DB2
✅ 8+ years of CICS development and support experience
✅ 8+ years of IDMS/DC to CICS and IDMS to DB2 conversion experience
✅ Experience with MQ Programming (APPC/LU 6.2 or MQ in COBOL/CICS)
✅ Experience coding complex DB2 Stored Procedures
✅ Experience extracting and documenting business logic, JCLs, Procs, and technical documentation
✅ Experience with Usability Testing and supporting system/UAT testing with business users
✅ Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to collaborate across technical and business teams
