Machine Learning Specialist

We are seeking a Data Scientist with hands-on experience in Generative AI, Large Language Models (LLMs), NLP, and Computer Vision to help build next-generation multilingual AI solutions.

• Join a fast-paced team developing AI-powered translation platforms that process text, images, and video content across 130+ languages. You'll work on fine-tuning LLMs, optimizing OCR and vision models, and building scalable AI solutions that automate translation workflows with minimal human intervention.

• Key Responsibilities
• Design, develop, and deploy Machine Learning and Generative AI solutions.
• Fine-tune and optimize LLMs, NLP, and Computer Vision models for production environments.
• Build solutions for OCR, text extraction, image understanding, and multilingual translation.
• Evaluate and select the most effective foundation models for specific business problems.
• Develop scalable AI pipelines supporting global translation services.
• Collaborate with software engineering, product, and MLOps teams to deploy and improve machine learning solutions.
• Automate model training, inferencing, and translation workflows.
• Analyze large datasets and model performance to drive improvements.
• Communicate technical findings and recommendations to stakeholders.
• Stay current with emerging advancements in LLMs, NLP, and Generative AI.

• Ideal Background
• Experience building and deploying ML/AI solutions in production.
• Strong knowledge of Large Language Models (LLMs) and model fine-tuning.
• Background in NLP, Machine Learning, Deep Learning, or Generative AI.
• Proficiency in Python.
• Experience with OCR, Computer Vision, MLOps, or model hosting is a plus.
• Ability to evaluate, optimize, and scale AI models for real-world applications.

Note: This role requires hands-on model development and fine-tuning experience. Candidates with only prompt engineering experience are unlikely to be a fit.
