About The Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and visionary Lead Machine Learning Engineer to join our team. In this pivotal role, you will spearhead the design, development, and deployment of advanced generative AI and agentic systems at scale. You will lead technical initiatives that involve creating robust architectures for multi-agent workflows, ensuring high availability, security, and performance of AI applications. Your expertise will drive the development of innovative AI solutions that transform customer interactions and operational efficiencies. Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field
• Minimum of 6 years of experience designing and building data-intensive solutions using distributed computing frameworks
• At least 4 years of programming experience with Python, Scala, or Java
• Experience with machine learning frameworks such as scikit-learn, PyTorch, Dask, Spark, or TensorFlow
• Proven track record of deploying AI solutions within regulated environments, emphasizing data privacy and model risk governance
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to guide technical architecture and provide deep technical mentorship
• Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform
• Industry recognition through conference presentations, publications, open-source contributions, or patents is a plus

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and scale core agentic engines and multi-agent workflow solutions to enable seamless automation and conversational capabilities
• Build and integrate scalable evaluation and observability frameworks to monitor model performance, predictability, and mitigate risks
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deploy impactful AI use cases, including consumer AI experiences, recommendation engines, and conversational assistants
• Ensure all AI/ML applications adhere to enterprise data privacy standards, regulatory requirements, and explainability frameworks
• Stay current with advancements in large language models (LLMs), retrieval-augmented generation (RAG), and multi-agent design patterns, applying these techniques to production systems
• Provide technical leadership through architectural oversight, code reviews, and mentorship to engineering teams, fostering engineering excellence
