Job Requirements:

• Roles & Responsibilities
• Design and develop scalable Python applications and AI/ML pipelines for production environments
• Build, train, fine-tune, and deploy machine learning and deep learning models
• Develop LLM-powered solutions including RAG pipelines, prompt engineering, and AI agents
• Create and expose REST/gRPC APIs to serve model predictions at scale
• Implement MLOps practices including model versioning, monitoring, drift detection, and retraining
• Collaborate with data scientists to convert research prototypes into production-grade systems
• Optimize model performance through quantization, pruning, and distillation techniques
• Participate in code reviews, architecture discussions, and Agile sprint ceremonies

• Requirements
• 7–9 years of overall experience in software development
• 4+ years in AI/ML model development and production deployment
• Strong understanding of NLP, Computer Vision, or Generative AI
• Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience
