  • Job Summary
  • We are seeking an experienced AI/GenAI Engineer to join a critical Internal Portal Platforms initiative. This platform leverages AI agents to enable developers to discover and onboard to common capabilities while allowing capability producers to register and manage those capabilities. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Python, Azure OpenAI technologies, LLMs, Agentic AI systems, and cloud-native application development.
  • Project Overview
  • As part of the Internal Portal Platforms project, you will contribute to the design and development of AI-powered solutions that improve developer experience and capability management through modern AI agent architectures. This role involves working within Agile teams to design, build, test, and deploy enterprise-scale AI applications.
  • Key Responsibilities
  • Participate in Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, stand-ups, retrospectives, and backlog refinement sessions.
  • Collaborate with product owners, architects, and development teams to understand requirements and design scalable solutions.
  • Design, develop, test, and deploy AI-powered applications and services.
  • Build and integrate Large Language Model (LLM)-based solutions using Azure OpenAI technologies.
  • Develop and maintain agentic workflows and AI agent architectures.
  • Integrate applications with cloud services, APIs, and enterprise platforms.
  • Create and maintain technical documentation and design artifacts.
  • Ensure adherence to security, compliance, and engineering best practices.
  • Support production deployments and troubleshoot application issues.
  • Required Skills & Experience
  • Strong proficiency in Python.
  • Hands-on experience with Large Language Models (LLMs) and prompt engineering.
  • Expertise with Azure OpenAI SDKs, APIs, and deployment strategies.
  • Knowledge of Agentic AI systems and Model Context Protocol (ClientP).
  • Experience integrating applications with cloud platforms and REST APIs.
  • Experience with containerization technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes.
  • Strong software development and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience working within Agile development environments.
  • Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience building enterprise AI applications.
  • Hands-on experience with Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) architectures.
  • Understanding of vector databases and embedding-based retrieval systems.
  • Experience with data pipelines and data integration frameworks.
  • Knowledge of AI security, governance, and compliance practices.
  • Experience with modern AI orchestration frameworks and agent platforms.
  • Interview Process
  • 1–2 interview rounds.
  • Video-based team interviews.
  • Primarily technical discussions.
  • May include a short live coding or coding design exercise (~10% of interview).
