Retego is a holding company that acquires and operates data-driven marketing businesses. I need one sharp, organized person to be the engine behind my deal pipeline: finding owners worth talking to, writing the outreach, keeping the process organized, and getting meetings on my calendar.
No M&A experience required. You will learn how acquisitions actually work by sitting inside a live pipeline instead of reading about one.

What you'll do
Identify performance marketing agency owners who may be open to a conversation about selling, using LinkedIn, industry directories, and platform partner listings
Write and send personalized outreach by LinkedIn and email
Own the CRM. Every target, conversation, follow-up date, and status lives there and stays current.
Request and organize CIMs from brokers, and log the numbers that matter: revenue, EBITDA, multiple, headcount, seller motivation
Get calls scheduled with owners, brokers, and advisors, and keep them from slipping
Coordinate with brokers, lenders, and advisors as deals progress
Who you are
Driven. You've done something that took self-discipline when nobody was watching: built a side business, competed seriously at something, worked your way through school. Tell me what it was.
Organized and reliable. You follow up without being asked. When you say it's done, it's done.
A clear writer. This job is mostly short messages that make busy people want to reply.
Curious and coachable. You want to be measurably better at this in six weeks than you are on day one.
Compensation
$25 to $30/hour depending on experience, 15 hours per week to start
$10,000 bonus on a closed acquisition you sourced
Path to full-time as the pipeline grows
