A Day in the Life:
Responsible for developing and executing loyalty program strategies that enhance customer retention and attract new members to the Hertz, Dollar, and Thrifty loyalty programs. Supports the creation of member communications that reinforce program benefits and drive engagement. Collaborates with cross-functional stakeholders to analyze loyalty program performance and identify opportunities for future enhancements and strategic initiatives. Also supports marketing efforts and campaigns focused on emerging business growth opportunities, including Transportation Network Company (TNC) marketing, B2B audiences, and partnership initiatives.
This position starts at $65K; commensurate of experience.
What You’ll Do:
- Support the development and execution of loyalty marketing initiatives that drive member acquisition, activation, engagement, retention, and redemption across the Hertz, Dollar, and Thrifty loyalty programs.
- Analyze customer behavior, campaign performance, and key program metrics to identify opportunities for growth and increased member engagement.
- Assist in the development and implementation of loyalty program enhancements, member communications, promotional offers, and partnership activations.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of loyalty campaigns and provide recommendations for future program enhancements, including program rules, point earning and redemption opportunities, and experiential benefits.
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders, including Brand Marketing, CRM, Partnerships, Finance, IT, Accounting, and Operations, to support program objectives and strategic initiatives.
- Conduct competitive analyses of loyalty programs to identify industry trends, best practices, and opportunities for differentiation.
- Lead the execution of Transportation Network Company (TNC) marketing campaigns across paid media, CRM, social media, out-of-home advertising, and promotional channels.
- Maintain project plans, stakeholder communications, approval processes, and performance reporting for key marketing initiatives.
- Serve as a trusted marketing partner to business leaders by translating business objectives into actionable marketing strategies and programs.
What We’re Looking For:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field required; experience in analytics or statistics is a plus.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in loyalty marketing, customer loyalty programs, or a related marketing role required.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Tableau, Google Analytics, SQL, and other data analysis tools.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders across multiple functions and geographic locations.
- Strong influencing and relationship-building skills.
- Customer-centric mindset with a passion for enhancing the customer experience.
- Flexible and adaptable, with the ability to thrive in ambiguous and evolving environments.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
