Logistics Systems Analyst

2. About the Opportunity:

The Logistics Systems Analyst role supports the logistics systems team by assisting with SAP process navigation and document management. This position is key to ensuring accurate tracking of logistics documents and promoting adherence to best practices within SAP, contributing to efficient supply chain operations.

3. Responsibilities:

• Assist the logistics team with SAP EWM and MM process navigation and document management.
• Track and manage open documents such as Purchase Orders, Stock Transport Orders, Delivery Dates, Inbound Deliveries, and Transport Units.
• Provide support by explaining SAP processes and addressing basic process-related questions.
• Identify minor system issues, propose solutions, and escalate complex problems.
• Assist in training and ensuring accurate capture and tracking of relevant documents.
• Develop knowledge of SAP modules and help improve internal process documentation.

4. Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree with 4 to 6 years of relevant experience.
• Familiarity with SAP systems, particularly EWM and MM modules.
• Knowledge of logistics and supply chain processes including Purchase Orders, Stock Transport Orders, and Delivery Management.
• Experience working with databases and spreadsheets to maintain organized data.
• Strong attention to detail for document and deadline management.
• Effective communication skills to clarify SAP workflows.
• Problem-solving skills with the ability to escalate issues appropriately.
• Proactive attitude toward learning and improving SAP-related knowledge.

5. Pay Range and Compensation Package:

• $85,000 - 100,000
• The actual salary offered depends on factors such as location, knowledge, qualifications, skills, education, training, and experience.
