Basic Qualifications
Experience with Microsoft Office suite - Excel

Job Description
Initiates and processes orders for logistics
requirements based on customer demand,
including review, research, creation,
maintenance and delivery of Spares, Repairs,
Kits and Support Equipment (S.E) orders in
accordance with departmental and program
procedures.
Works with cross-functional teams as needed to
ensure timely and accurate order processing of
logistics requirements. Reviews and researches
customer requirements and contractual source
documents to ensure order accuracy when
entering requirements into software systems,
such as schedule, quantity, and required delivery
documentation for the fabrication or
procurement of items. Performs Repair Action tasks, as required.
Creates, maintains, reviews or changes order,
schedule, quantity, and/or required delivery
documentation and dispositions the order
including cancellation in accordance with
departmental and program procedures. Adjusts
on order quantities by coordinating with the
requestor in current ordering system.
Reviews order position, including Mission
Impaired Capability Awaiting Parts
(MICAP)/Aircraft on Ground (AOG), outstanding
requisitions and schedules to ensure delivery of
logistics requirements in accordance with
schedule and customer demand. Follows up and
maintains visibility of potential schedule
discrepancies and takes action to resolve.
Researches input data and submits request to
create new Material Master in support of logistic
requirements.
Creates the delivery document in the applicable
software systems, including required
documentation to deliver end items to customer.
Researches S.E. forms to assist in the audit and
documentation of production lists, design change
notice numbers, work orders, sales orders,
reorder level, recommended quantity,
preliminary and firm delivery schedules and
other support control data. Processes Spares
requirements orders and S.E. Release
Authorizations utilizing supply documents,
engineering analysis review data, and
established department procedures.
Researches S.E. orders received from the
customer and assures items being ordered are
entered into the applicable software system.
Initiates documentation to release items
ordered, including quantity and delivery
requirements, for fabrication or procurement.
Performs data entry for logistics demand to
include order create, change, and research of
material either electronically, telephonically,
and/or in person for verification as appropriate.

Ability to work remotely
Onsite Full-time: The work associated with this position will be performed onsite at a designated Lockheed Martin facility.
