Logistics Data Senior Manager

• We are looking for an experienced Logistics Data Senior Manager to lead data operations, analytics, and process optimization across our logistics and supply chain activities.
• This role is ideal for someone who understands both logistics operations and data management, and can turn complex operational information into clear insights, better decisions, and measurable performance improvements.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and improve logistics data processes across transportation, warehousing, inventory, delivery, and supply chain operations.
• Build and maintain reporting systems, dashboards, and performance tracking tools for logistics KPIs.
• Analyze operational data to identify inefficiencies, cost-saving opportunities, delays, bottlenecks, and service-level issues.
• Work closely with operations, warehouse, transport, finance, customer service, and management teams to improve decision-making.
• Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and reliability across ERP, WMS, TMS, CRM, Excel, BI tools, and other operational systems.
• Develop and monitor KPIs such as delivery performance, inventory accuracy, order fulfillment, transport cost, lead time, productivity, and service levels.
• Support logistics planning, forecasting, capacity analysis, and process improvement initiatives.
• Lead data-related projects, automation initiatives, and reporting improvements.
• Prepare management reports, business reviews, and actionable recommendations for senior leadership.
• Train and support teams in proper data usage, reporting discipline, and operational data standards.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in logistics, supply chain, operations analytics, data management, or a similar role.
• Strong understanding of logistics operations, warehouse processes, inventory flow, transportation, and supply chain performance.
• Advanced Excel skills are required.
• Experience with BI tools such as Power BI, Tableau, Looker, Qlik, or similar.
• Experience working with ERP, WMS, TMS, or other logistics systems.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into practical business actions.
• High attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work with cross-functional teams and communicate clearly with both operational teams and senior management.
• Experience leading people, projects, or process improvement initiatives is an advantage.
• SQL, Python, automation tools, or database experience is a strong advantage.
