Role Description This is a part-time remote role for a Logistics Analyst at CSOA Centre du soutien des opérations et des acheminements. The Logistics Analyst will support daily logistics operations by monitoring inventory levels, tracking shipments, and coordinating with internal teams and external partners to ensure timely and accurate deliveries. The role includes analyzing logistics data, identifying trends, and preparing reports on key performance indicators to improve efficiency and reduce costs. The Logistics Analyst will help maintain and optimize inventory control processes, resolve logistics-related issues, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives. The position requires regular use of digital tools, clear communication in virtual settings, and effective time management while working independently.
Qualifications
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, identify patterns, and provide actionable recommendations.
Experience with inventory control and inventory management processes, including tracking, reconciliation, and stock optimization.
Ability to monitor, report, and improve key performance indicators related to logistics, inventory, and service levels.
Customer service skills to collaborate with internal stakeholders and external partners, address inquiries, and resolve logistics issues professionally.
Proficiency with spreadsheets and logistics or inventory software; familiarity with ERP or WMS systems is an asset.
Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a remote, part-time environment.
Effective written and verbal communication skills in a professional setting.
Relevant post-secondary education in supply chain, logistics, business, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
Experience in logistics, supply chain, or operations support is preferred.
