Job Title: Loan Support Analyst

Job Summary: We are seeking a detail-oriented professional to support asset management activities across a commercial and multifamily loan portfolio. Our team is looking for someone who can help with financial statement and rent roll analysis, recurring reporting, and administrative coordination while contributing to testing and feedback on new applications.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day administrative support to Asset Managers and Associate Asset Managers across assigned portfolios.
• Assist with departmental task tracking, reporting, and coordination for quarterly and annual deliverables.
• Support the collection, tracking, and submission of borrower financials, and help validate financial statements, rent rolls, and related reporting inputs.
• Review and process customer requests related to asset servicing, including coordination of escrow draws, and support application testing with feedback as needed.

Required

• Proficiency in Excel.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Quick learner with an adaptive approach.
• Strong prioritization skills.
• Bachelor's degree, or equivalent experience may be considered in lieu of education.
