Loan Servicing Analyst (LoanIQ)

• Role: Loan Servicing Analyst (LoanIQ)
• Location: Charlotte, NC
• Duration: Contract to Hire (6 month to begin with)

The client is looking for a Loan Servicing / Asset Based Lending professional who can manage the operational side of commercial, syndicated, and bilateral loans.

• Key requirements
• 1 + years of loan servicing, commercial lending, or asset-based lending experience
• LoanIQ experience
• Strong syndicated and bilateral loan background, including pre- and post-close activities
• Experience managing a client/borrower portfolio
• Knowledge of funding, payments, repricing, fees, and interest calculations
• Ability to interpret credit agreements and loan documentation
• Knowledge of Treasury products and cash/funds movement
• Strong Excel/MS Office, reconciliation, and quality-control skills
• Excellent analytical, communication, and client-service skills
• Ability to work in a high-volume, deadline-driven environment
