Loan Operations Analyst

We are looking for a detail-oriented, self-starter, motivated, early-career professional to join us as a Loan Operations Analyst. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Support the loan funding process by ensuring accuracy, completeness, and compliance of financial data
• Initiate and track loan funding payments and related transactions
• Process monthly and ad hoc payments, fees, and adjustments
• Record and maintain loan-level financial data within internal systems
• Assist with loan sales and servicing data management
• Manage insurance tracking and invoicing for active loans
• Monitor and report on payment activity, including returns and exceptions
• Maintain organized and accurate financial records and documentation
• Contribute to system upgrades and process improvements to increase efficiency

QUALIFICATIONS/SKILLS/EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field (or 1–2 years of relevant experience)
• Strong attention to detail with a high level of accuracy
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Analytical mindset with solid problem-solving skills
• Strong communication skills and a collaborative approach to teamwork
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Office tools
