Loan IQ Technology Analyst

Must have strong hands-on Loan IQ experience, not just exposure, and the Loan IQ expertise must be clearly demonstrated throughout the resume with relevant projects and responsibilities.

• Job Overview
• We are looking for a Loan IQ Technology Analyst to act as a bridge between business users and the development/IT teams. The resource will support Loan IQ BAU activities, production support, enhancements, regression testing, and validation of new functionality. The ideal candidate will have strong Loan IQ and syndicated lending experience within a financial services environment.

• Key Responsibilities
• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements related to Loan IQ upgrades and enhancements.
• Convert business requirements into detailed IT/functional specifications.
• Prepare and maintain functional and technical documentation.
• Design and document test strategies, test cases, and QA plans.
• Execute and support regression testing and validation of new Loan IQ functionality.
• Manage and track defects through the complete defect lifecycle.
• Coordinate workshops and testing activities between business and IT teams.
• Coordinate and assist with User Acceptance Testing (UAT) sessions.
• Support Loan IQ BAU and production support activities.
• Analyze production issues and coordinate with development/support teams for resolution.
• Support deployment and implementation of new Loan IQ versions and related components.
• Communicate effectively with business stakeholders, technology teams, and end users.
• Required Skills
• Strong hands-on experience with Loan IQ / LoanIQ platform.
• Strong understanding of Loan IQ functionality and loan servicing processes.
• Experience with syndicated lending/loans within a banking or financial services environment.
• Strong Business Analysis experience including requirements gathering, analysis, and documentation.
• Experience with QA/testing, regression testing, UAT, and defect lifecycle management.
• Experience supporting Loan IQ production/BAU activities and enhancements.
• Basic SQL knowledge for executing queries and validating test data.
• Strong analytical, organizational, communication, and coordination skills.
• Ability to work effectively between business and technical teams.
• Preferred Skills
• Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Experience with Loan IQ upgrade or implementation projects.
• Experience working with large financial institutions.
