Position Overview

The scope of Retail Bank Operations is impressively broad and encompasses a wide range of critical functions. These include managing the cash needs for our branch and ATM networks, printing and mailing important bank documents, and handling both inbound and outbound collections for home lending, automobile, and card services. Additionally, Retail Bank Operations focuses on loan mitigation and investor operations, developing process improvement and automation opportunities, overseeing the daily processing of cash and check deposits, bill payments, and executes strategic quality management functions.

As a Loan Credit Workout Analyst Senior within PNC's Retail Bank Operations organization, you will be based in remotely.

Work Schedule: Monday - Friday 8:00 am - 5:00 PM ET

Preferred Experience

Attention to Detail

Experience with systems including MSP, LSS, SMDU, and/or FHLMC Resolve &FNMA LMS/SMDU decisioning tools

Experience in Credit Underwriting (experience calculating income and expenses) is strongly preferred

Experience in Loss Mitigation or Mortgage Default

This position may be eligible for remote work in select geographic locations, subject to approval by PNC. If approved, work must be conducted from a quiet, secure, and confidential home-based workspace. Occasional in-office participation may be required based on business needs.

Job Description

  • Reviews the customer's income and expenses for more complex, high-risk customer groups. Determines the legitimacy of the hardship and the workout options available to the customers based on bank/investor guidelines.
  • Reviews income, expense and available product options. Focuses on assessing the customer's qualifications in order to facilitate the appropriate action and minimize loss to the bank.
  • Reviews bank, investor and regulatory guidelines to ensure the account is serviced according to policy to provide a workout alternative.
  • Works with internal business partners as appropriate to gather information and clarify inconsistent, incorrect or missing information.
  • Monitors assigned work queues and work flows to ensure goals are met. Uses online systems to accurately document customer account information. Serves as a subject matter resource and mentor for team.

Pay Transparency

Base Salary: $37,500.00 – $75,000.00

Salaries may vary based on geographic location, market data and on individual skills, experience, and education.
