LIMS (LabVantage) Analyst

Job Title: LIMS (LabVantage) Analyst

Location: Remote

Key Responsibilities

• Support the ongoing LabVantage LIMS implementation from the business side.
• Work with the LabVantage implementation team, internal IT, the project manager, and laboratory/business stakeholders.
• Support migration of data from the existing LIMS into LabVantage.
• Review migrated data to ensure completeness and accuracy.
• Review UAT/test documentation drafted by the implementation team.
• Execute User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and document/identify issues.
• Help ensure the new system meets laboratory and business requirements.
• Create and configure products, protocols, studies, samples, and related LIMS data.
• Transition into ongoing business-side LIMS administration and day-to-day system maintenance after implementation.
• Organize and track assigned implementation/testing activities.

Must-Have / Highly Preferred Qualifications

• Strong LIMS experience, preferably including implementation, upgrades, administration, or migration.
• LabVantage LIMS experience is strongly preferred, particularly implementation experience.
• Experience migrating data from one LIMS platform to another is highly valuable.
• Experience with UAT/testing for a LIMS implementation.
• Understanding of how LIMS is used within a laboratory environment.
• Knowledge of GMP/QC laboratory workflows, including studies, samples, products, and protocols.
• Ability to work effectively with business, IT, and external implementation teams.
• Need 5+ years of pharma/Biotech exp

Scientific background is preferred, such as:

• Biology
• Chemistry
• Biochemistry
• Other life sciences
