LIMS Analyst

• SciCord is seeking a LIMS Business Analyst to work directly with customers and the SciCord team to understand laboratory processes, define requirements, and configure digital solutions.
• The ideal candidate can talk comfortably with laboratory scientists and managers while also understanding how their requirements translate into software functionality.

• Key Responsibilities
• Work directly with laboratory personnel to understand current processes, challenges, and business requirements.
• Document current-state and future-state processes.
• Translate laboratory processes into SciCord workflows.
• Support regulated customers with documentation appropriate for GxP, 21 CFR Part 11 and related requirements.

Qualifications

• This is not a traditional IT Business Analyst position.
• You don't need to be a software developer. You do need to be someone who can understand how a laboratory works, ask good questions, recognize opportunities for improvement, and turn those requirements into a working compliant SciCord solution using spreadsheet expertise.
