Lending Operations Analyst - #26-15016

Primary Responsibilities:

• Tailored Lending Operations is responsible for the onboarding, servicing, and ongoing operational support of Tailored Lending loans. Key responsibilities include loan origination support, loan documentation review, execution and control of disbursement and payment requests, financial reconciliation, document management, issue research and resolution, audit-related data and documentation support, and coordination with Field, Product, Technology, Finance, Credit, and external vendors supporting the loan platform. The analyst will also support the following activities:
• Loan processing and servicing
• Reviewing control reports
• Participating in projects and testing initiatives
• Maintaining departmental metrics
• Updating policies and procedures
• Supporting automation and transformation initiatives

Skills and Experience:

We are looking for resourceful and dedicated candidates with one to three years of work experience who possess the following attributes:

Required Skills:

• This is a hybrid position, 3 days in office attendance is required
• Ability to work Operational hours starting at 8:30 A.M. local time, including occasional weekends and overtime when needed
• Ability to balance multiple priorities, operating in a demanding and fast-paced environment while demonstrating flexibility, adaptability, and personal accountability
• Strong Microsoft Office skills

Preferred Technical Skills:

• PowerBI
• UI Path
• Python
• Power Automate
• LoanIQ

Shift:

Hybrid - 3 days a week onsite, 2 days a week WFH.
