• Lead Software Engineer – Data & Analytics Platform (GCP)
• Location: Dearborn, MI (Onsite)
• Duration: 3-Month Contract (High Likelihood of Extension)

This Lead Software Engineer will provide technical leadership in designing and developing modern, cloud-based applications that enable advanced analytics and data visualization, integrated with Google Cloud Platform (GCP).

• Key Responsibilities
• • Serve as technical lead for software engineering
• • Lead development of full-stack applications (React front-end, Java back-end)
• • Build scalable, secure applications integrated with GCP-based data platforms
• • Collaborate with data engineering teams on data access and API design
• • Define engineering standards and best practices
• • Lead and mentor distributed engineering teams
• • Drive API development and system integrations
• • Ensure application performance, scalability, and reliability
• • Participate in Agile ceremonies and sprint planning
• • Identify risks and lead mitigation strategies

• Required Qualifications
• • 7+ years of software engineering experience with leadership responsibilities
• • Strong experience building full-stack applications
• • Experience with React (front-end) and Java/Spring Boot (back-end)
• • Experience with cloud platforms (GCP preferred)
• • Strong knowledge of APIs, microservices, and distributed systems
• • Experience leading global development teams
• • Strong collaboration skills
• • Experience with Agile methodologies
