Are you passionate about cybersecurity and ready to lead the defense of critical enterprise systems? We're looking for an experienced Lead Security Analyst to join our Security Operations Center (SOC) and play a key role in protecting our organization's information assets, infrastructure, and operations.

In this role, you'll lead advanced security monitoring, threat detection, incident investigation, and remediation efforts while leveraging cutting-edge security technologies. Reporting to the Information Technology Manager I, you'll collaborate with cross-functional teams to strengthen our security posture and drive continuous improvement across SOC operations.

  • Key Responsibilities
  • Lead Security Operations Center (SOC) monitoring and incident response activities.
  • Analyze, correlate, and triage security events and logs using SIEM platforms.
  • Investigate security incidents and coordinate containment, remediation, and recovery efforts.
  • Manage and optimize security technologies, including endpoint protection, IDS/IPS, and vulnerability management tools.
  • Monitor emerging cyber threats and recommend proactive security improvements.
  • Develop reports, documentation, and metrics to support security operations.
  • Mentor team members and contribute to operational excellence within the SOC.
  • Desired Qualifications
  • We're seeking a technically proficient cybersecurity professional with experience in:
  • Security event monitoring, log analysis, and SIEM platforms.
  • Incident response, threat detection, and forensic investigation.
  • IPS/IDS technologies and enterprise network infrastructure.
  • Patch management, vulnerability management, endpoint security, and server protection.
  • Scripting or programming languages for automation and security operations.
  • Proxy servers and mainframe environments (preferred).
  • Virtualization and cloud computing environments (a plus).
