Lead SAP Business Analyst

We are seeking a Lead SAP Business Analyst focused on Sales & Distribution to support and enhance enterprise SAP environments. This individual will play a key role in optimizing sales operations, customer service, pricing, product configuration, and order fulfillment processes across SAP ECC and S/4HANA platforms.

The position partners closely with business stakeholders, end users, and technology teams to design scalable SAP solutions that improve operational efficiency, streamline business processes, and support long-term digital transformation initiatives. This role also provides opportunities for technical leadership, cross-functional collaboration, and future advancement within enterprise applications.

• Required Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business, Supply Chain, or related discipline.
• 8+ years of SAP functional experience.
• 5+ years of focused SAP Sales & Distribution experience within SAP ECC and/or SAP S/4HANA.
• Strong hands-on SAP SD configuration expertise.
• Experience with SAP Variant Configuration (LO-VC).
• Experience leading multiple SAP implementation projects.
• Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Preferred Qualifications
• SAP Sales & Distribution certification.
• Experience with Advanced Variant Configuration (AVC).
• Experience supporting Quote-to-Cash processes.
• Experience with complex pricing structures and pricing procedures.
• Knowledge of Make-to-Stock, Make-to-Order, and Engineer-to-Order environments.
• Experience integrating with SAP MM, PP, LE, and FI/CO modules.
• Experience supporting multi-company or multi-site business operations.
• Exposure to AI-enabled business technologies and process automation tools.
