Lead Financial Analyst

Our client, a global energy technology company, is hiring a Lead Financial Analyst in Columbus, OH!

*This is a 6 month W2 contract with benefits!*

In this role, you will prepare and support SEC 10-Q and 10-K filings, analyze financial data, and ensure accurate financial reporting while maintaining compliance with accounting and regulatory requirements. You will also partner with cross-functional teams to support regulatory initiatives, improve financial processes, and provide financial insights that help drive business decisions.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and support SEC 10-Q and 10-K filings, ensuring accurate financial reporting and compliance with accounting and regulatory requirements.
• Analyze financial data and reporting issues, develop financial reports, and provide insights to support business and regulatory decisions.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to support regulatory initiatives, improve financial processes, and drive continuous process improvements.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance (CPA preferred).
• 4+ years of accounting or financial analysis experience.
• SEC reporting and GAAP knowledge (utilities/energy experience preferred).
• Strong Excel, analytical, and communication skills.
