- We are seeking a Lead Data Engineer with strong expertise in Python/Java, AWS, Kafka, and data pipelines to lead development of a configuration-driven, event-based platform supporting healthcare payer and Payment Integrity workflows.
- Must Have:
- 10+ years of software/data engineering experience with technical leadership.
- Strong Python and/or Java skills.
- Hands-on Kafka & event-driven architecture.
- Strong AWS experience – EKS, ECS, Lambda, S3, RDS, DynamoDB.
- Experience building configuration/metadata-driven systems and rule engines.
- Strong SQL/NoSQL data modeling and microservices experience.
- Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD and GitOps.
- Strong Healthcare Payer / Payment Integrity / Claims domain knowledge.
- Experience with Facets, QNXT, Amisys or similar healthcare systems is preferred.
- Dynatrace knowledge preferred; Machinify exposure is a plus.
