The Role

• Lead the product development lifecycle from concept to launch, ensuring stakeholder and end-user needs are met.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into actionable user stories.
• Define and prioritize the product backlog for effective feature delivery.
• Conduct market research and competitive analysis to inform product strategy and identify innovation opportunities.
• Act as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, providing updates and gathering feedback.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations related to patient data management and laboratory operations.

What You'll Need

• Proven experience in Master Data Management (MDM) with a focus on Master Patient Index (MPI).
• Strong understanding of pathology and laboratory operations, particularly in the context of Labcorp.
• Demonstrated ability to lead product development in an agile environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage and influence stakeholders.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a data-driven approach.
• 10-15 years of relevant experience.
