About the Opportunity:
The LEAD BI DEVELOPER role is responsible for owning and optimizing the reporting infrastructure that supports decision-making across several verticals including Credit Cards, Make Money/Manage Money, Banking, and Marketplace. This position partners closely with multiple teams to uncover insights, standardize reporting, and provide actionable analysis that drives business growth. The role is designed for an analytical partner who ensures their work is understood and utilized effectively, contributing directly to strategic decisions.
Responsibilities:
- Engage with stakeholders to audit current reporting and develop a roadmap for standardization
- Bridge business context with data to improve dashboard accuracy and relevance
- Execute dashboard standardization and manage trusted data source development
- Establish strong working relationships across business teams
- Deliver educational initiatives to enable self-service analytics
- Conduct proactive retrospective analyses on experiments, creatives, offers, seasonality, and customer acquisition cost performance
- Serve as the technical owner for data ingestion through final reporting across assigned verticals
Requirements:
- Minimum 7 years of experience in business intelligence or analytics, particularly with performance or affiliate marketing
- Expert-level SQL skills and ability to work with unstructured, complex data
- Proven ownership of end-to-end reporting processes
- Advanced LookML development skills or equivalent experience with Power BI or Tableau
- Strong business acumen and curiosity to become a trusted analytical partner
Pay Range and Compensation Package:
Base salary range from $120,000 to $150,000 per year, paid semi-monthly
