- We are seeking an experienced Lead Analytics & Automation Engineer to drive the strategy, design, and delivery of self-service analytics, business intelligence, and automation solutions across the organization. In this role, you will partner with business stakeholders and technical teams to modernize reporting capabilities, streamline workflows, implement intelligent automation, and enable data-driven decision-making.
- The ideal candidate combines strong business analysis expertise, advanced analytics capabilities, automation experience, and a passion for leveraging AI and modern data platforms to deliver scalable, impactful solutions. You will play a key role in translating complex business needs into actionable analytics products, automation frameworks, and strategic technology initiatives.
- Key Responsibilities
- Analytics & Business Intelligence
- Design, develop, and deliver self-service reporting, dashboards, and analytics solutions that support business performance and decision-making.
- Define and track key business metrics and KPIs, ensuring consistent and reliable reporting across functions.
- Translate business requirements into scalable data products and reporting solutions.
- Create actionable insights that support operational, financial, and strategic objectives.
- Automation & Process Optimization
- Identify opportunities to automate manual business processes and reporting workflows.
- Lead modernization of legacy automation solutions into scalable, intelligent automation frameworks.
- Design and implement automated workflows that improve efficiency, accuracy, and productivity.
- Evaluate emerging technologies and recommend automation solutions that drive measurable business value.
- AI & Advanced Analytics Enablement
- Identify high-impact use cases for AI, machine learning, and intelligent automation.
- Partner with technical teams to embed AI-enabled capabilities into analytics and business processes.
- Support development of predictive, generative AI, and process automation initiatives.
- Leverage AI tools to enhance reporting, analytics, and operational efficiency.
- Requirements Gathering & Solution Delivery
- Lead stakeholder workshops and requirements-gathering sessions.
- Translate business needs into detailed functional and technical requirements.
- Drive end-to-end solution delivery including:
- Discovery
- Design
- Development
- User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
- Deployment
- Adoption
- Ensure solutions align with enterprise architecture, governance, and data standards.
- Data Platforms & Business Transformation
- Support enterprise technology modernization initiatives and platform migrations.
- Assess downstream impacts of data, reporting, and automation changes.
- Collaborate with data engineering and technology teams to ensure seamless integration and continuity.
- Contribute to scalable, cloud-based analytics environments and data ecosystems.
- Cross-Functional Leadership
- Partner with business leaders, data engineers, developers, analysts, and technology teams.
- Prioritize requests and initiatives based on business impact and strategic alignment.
- Provide mentorship, guidance, and best practices across analytics and automation teams.
- Drive collaboration and alignment across multiple stakeholder groups.
Qualifications
- Required
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in:

- Information Systems

- Related field
- 7+ years of experience in:
- Business Intelligence
- Analytics
- Data Analysis
- Business Analysis
- Automation Solutions
- Experience translating business requirements into reporting and analytics solutions.
- Strong SQL expertise.
- Experience building dashboards and visualizations using modern BI platforms.
- Hands-on experience with Python for:

- Experience working with cloud-based analytics and data platforms.
- Strong understanding of data modeling and analytics delivery best practices.
