Short Job Description
We are seeking an L1 Data Center Technician with 2+ years of experience in data center operations, IT support, or hardware deployment. The ideal candidate will be responsible for installing, racking, troubleshooting, and maintaining server and networking hardware while supporting 24/7 data center operations.
Key Responsibilities
Install, rack, and deploy servers and network equipment.
Perform cabling, hardware replacements, and server tray swaps.
Troubleshoot hardware and connectivity issues.
Maintain asset inventory and update ticketing systems.
Support incident response and meet SLA requirements.
Follow operational procedures and safety standards.
Work in rotating shifts/on-call as needed.
Required Skills
2+ years of Data Center, IT Support, or Hardware Technician experience.
Knowledge of server hardware, networking, and cabling (fiber/copper).
Basic Linux and hardware troubleshooting experience.
Familiarity with ticketing and asset management tools.
Strong communication and teamwork skills.
