Role Overview:
We are hiring for one of our clients, seeking a Financial Documents Specialist (Korean) to work on a contractual basis. This role involves reviewing, translating, and verifying financial documents to ensure accuracy and compliance with regulatory standards. The work is critical for supporting cross-border financial operations in the technology and AI sectors, where precise documentation is essential for audits, reporting, and stakeholder communication.
Key Responsibilities:
- • Review and validate financial documents, including invoices, receipts, and transaction records, for completeness and accuracy.
- • Translate financial documents from Korean to English and vice versa, maintaining precision in terminology and context.
- • Identify discrepancies or inconsistencies in financial records and escalate issues to relevant stakeholders for resolution.
- • Ensure compliance with international financial regulations and company policies during document processing.
- • Maintain organized records of processed documents and provide summaries for financial reporting purposes.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- • Fluency in Korean and English, with strong written and verbal communication skills in both languages.
- • Experience reviewing or processing financial documents, such as invoices, receipts, or transaction statements.
- • Attention to detail and ability to spot errors or inconsistencies in financial data.
- • Familiarity with financial regulations or compliance standards relevant to document processing.
- • Proficiency in using spreadsheet software (e.g., Excel) and document management tools.
