Korean / English Bilingual Entry-level Business Analyst (36576)

global industrial manufacturer is looking for a Korean / English Bilingual Entry-level Business Analyst near Atlanta, GA. Ideal candidate will have minimum 2+ years experience in sales planning/ analysis experience preferably in manufacturing-related industry. This position is full-time/ direct-hire position with comprehensive benefit package.

• Responsibilities- Korean / English Bilingual Entry-level Business Analyst:
• Create and implement business planning processes
• Coordinate and manage cross-functional teams to improve business planning methods
• Assist management in operations, resource management, budget, revenue accounting, etc
• Develop standard procedures to manage and maintain business operational and financial objectives
• Analyze to identify any problems and provide recommendations for improvements
• Understand business direction and needs and develop solutions, roadmaps and assessment of potential business impacts
• Analyze market trends, internal status, and parent company policies
• Assist in developing annual production and sales plans
• Monitor progress of production, sales, and improvement activities
• Manage activities to achieve business performance and KPIs
• Coordinate with internal departments (production, sales, quality, finance, etc.)
• Prepare reports and presentation materials in Korean and English
• Perform other duties as assigned

• Requirements - Korean / English Bilingual Entry-level Business Analyst:
• Minimum 2+ years experience in business analysis / sales planning experience preferably in manufacturing industry
• Business-level proficiency in Korean and English (Speaking/ Listening/ Reading/ Writing)·
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing and related field
• Detail-oriented and analytical
• Must be able to work responsibly, effectively, and independently when needed
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Office Suite, ERP system
• While performing the duties of this job you may be required to intermittently sit, stand, walk, lift up to 25 pounds, lift in excess of 25 pounds with a lift assist, climb stairs, use hands to handle or feel parts/equipment, reach with hands and arms, stoop, kneel, crouch, bend at the waist, talk and hear. You may also be required to use close vision, distance vision, color vision, depth perception, and peripheral vision.
