We are seeking a Key Indicators Delivery Analyst to support the evolution and delivery of an enterprise-wide Key Risk Indicators (KRI) program. This role will partner with Risk Management, Technology, and business stakeholders to develop, maintain, and operationalize risk reporting, dashboards, and data-driven insights across the organization.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and deliver recurring KRI reporting, including data validation, analysis, QA, and stakeholder communications.
Gather business requirements and support the design, implementation, and enhancement of risk indicators and reporting frameworks.
Collaborate with data owners to identify, source, validate, and document data used for risk reporting.
Perform trend analysis, anomaly detection, and reporting insights to support risk monitoring and decision-making.
Maintain indicator documentation, data lineage, change logs, and governance artifacts.
Coordinate stakeholder reviews, approvals, and follow-up actions.
Support dashboard development, reporting automation, and self-service analytics initiatives.
Contribute to AI-driven reporting enhancements, including automated alerts, analytics, and dashboard capabilities.
Assist with broader Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) programs, including incident management, issue tracking, and governance activities.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Risk Management, Data Analytics, or a related field.
3+ years of experience in risk management, business analysis, data analytics, reporting, or operational risk functions.
Strong analytical skills with experience working with KPIs, KRIs, metrics, and reporting frameworks.
Experience with data sourcing, validation, mapping, and documentation.
Proficiency with Power BI or similar BI/reporting tools.
Advanced Excel skills, including pivot tables, formulas, and data analysis.
Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and documentation skills.
Preferred
Experience with GenAI, automation tools, or AI-enabled reporting solutions.
Knowledge of governance, audit, and risk management frameworks.
Experience in financial services, capital markets, or highly regulated environments.
Familiarity with KRI/KPI program development and dashboard operationalization.
