• About the role
• Support the Cyber Engagement team in planning, executing, measuring, and improving security awareness campaigns and social engineering simulations. Analyze campaign and user behavior data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities to improve security behavior.

• Key Responsibilities
• Support phishing, vishing, and social engineering simulation planning and execution.
• Analyze campaign performance and user behavior to identify trends and root causes.
• Develop Power BI dashboards, metrics, and KPIs.
• Perform SQL query development and data analysis.
• Conduct Excel-based data analysis and reporting.
• Develop training, remediation, and role-based reinforcement recommendations.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of relevant experience.
• Strong Power BI skills.
• Strong SQL query development and data analysis skills.
• Strong Excel skills.
• Experience supporting security awareness or social engineering campaigns.
• Strong analytical and reporting skills with the ability to communicate findings and recommendations.
