You will join a premier AI-focused venture capital firm as the inaugural Junior Analyst, working directly with a General Partner. Primary responsibilities involve driving deal flow by sourcing breakout AI and robotics startups. You’ll sit in on founder meetings, develop investment conviction, and support portfolio companies through hiring and go-to-market strategies.

What You Will Do

• Build and manage a proprietary sourcing process to identify high-potential AI and robotics startups.
• Conduct deep-dive research and due diligence to develop investment conviction on emerging technology sectors.
• Collaborate with the investment team to draft memos and support portfolio companies with customer introductions.

The ideal candidate

• Demonstrates an intense curiosity and "obsession" with the evolving AI, robotics, and technology landscape.
• Holds a degree from a top-tier university or has 1–2 years of experience in high-intensity environments.
• Possesses an entrepreneurial drive to find opportunities early and the resourcefulness to operate without constant direction.
