Job Description:

Part-Time Data Analyst

• Apex Consulting Solutions, LLC is seeking a U.S. Citizen Data Analyst to support our growing organization. The Data Analyst will be responsible for developing and maintaining financial and forecasting models and will work closely with the Business Development team to analyze data and present financial projections that align with the company’s business goals.
• This role is ideal for a candidate who is analytical, creative, and detail-oriented, with strong skills in data visualization, financial analysis, forecasting, and strategic budgeting

Key Responsibilities:

• · Data Visualization: Design & build interactive dashboards & reports to provide clear visibility into financial metrics & budget analysis.
• · Data Analysis: Translating complex data into actional insights & presenting to leadership.
• · Automation: Implement automated workflows ensuring streamlined data integration.
• · Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities to enhance data analysis processes, reporting & financial analysis capabilities.
• · Business Development: Identify new key opportunities to help our organization for future growth.

Required Qualifications:

• · U.S Citizen
• · Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Finance, Statistics, or related field
• · 0-2 years of experience in data analysis or financial analysis.
• · Ability to manage competing priorities, take initiate, & collaborate effectively across teams
• · Strong written & verbal communication skills
• · Proficiency in Excel, including complex formulas (nested functions, conditional statements & look up functions) & pivot tables
• · Proficiency in Power BI or other related tools for dynamic data visualizations.
• · Strong communication skills to present financial information clearly to non-financial audiences. Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• · Experience using SharePoint & PowerPoint

• Preferred Qualifications
• · Experience with Gen AI tools to support AI related business use cases for process improvement, automation and operational innovation
• · Experience with SQL or other database management tools
• · Experience in VBA & macro development
• · Python programming experience is a plus
• · Experience in web development including NextJS typescript framework & TailwindCSS
