We’re looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Data Engineer to help build, maintain, and optimize our data pipelines and infrastructure. This role is perfect for candidates who enjoy working with data, solving technical challenges, and supporting analytics and business teams in a remote-first environment.
🎯 Key Responsibilities
Develop, maintain, and optimize data pipelines and ETL processes
Collaborate with analysts, data scientists, and engineers to ensure reliable data delivery
Assist in designing and implementing data models, warehouses, and storage solutions
Monitor data quality, identify issues, and troubleshoot data-related problems
Support integration of new data sources and tools
Document data pipelines, standards, and best practices
✅ Requirements
Junior Level (0–3+ years experience)
Experience in data engineering, analytics engineering, or related roles (internships included)
Familiarity with SQL and relational databases
Basic understanding of ETL processes and data pipelines
Exposure to cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, GCP, Azure) or data tools (e.g., Snowflake, BigQuery) is a plus
Analytical mindset with attention to detail and problem-solving skills
Ability to communicate technical concepts clearly to non-technical stakeholders
Comfortable working independently in a remote-first environment
Fluent in English
Based in the United States with legal authorization to work full-time
