Overview

• Dexian is supporting the ITSAI organization (new AI/data group formed after a bank re-org). This role sits within the data engineering and analytics function that provides engineering guardrails, reusable patterns, and integration support as multiple teams modernize data pipelines and connect data platforms into AI use cases.
• What You’ll Do:
• Build and support data pipelines and transformations for structured data (and some unstructured/document data use cases)
• Develop and maintain solutions in Databricks (core platform for engineering work)
• Use dbt to model, transform, and document datasets
• Work in Azure Cloud services to deploy, integrate, and operate data solutions
• Partner with downstream teams to provide standards/guidelines and enable integration into AI initiatives
• What We’re Looking For (Top Skills):
• Strong hands-on experience with Databricks
• Experience with dbt (data transformations/modeling)
• Working knowledge of Azure Cloud
• Bonus: experience with unstructured data and document processing
• Nice to have: familiarity with AI technologies and how data supports AI/ML workflows
