The Role

Toolad has an opening for a Junior Data Analyst supporting advertising, creative campaigns, social media, events, client service, audience engagement, and performance reporting. The person in this role will analyze business data and turn it into accurate reports, trends, and practical insights. This full-time position is 100% remote and open to candidates throughout the United States.

What You'll Do

• Collect, clean, and analyze data connected to advertising, creative campaigns, social media, events, client service, audience engagement, and performance reporting from approved spreadsheets, reports, databases, and business systems in the Junior Data Analyst role at Toolad.
• Build and maintain recurring reports, dashboards, and tracking files for key performance measures as part of the Junior Data Analyst role at Toolad.
• Investigate unusual values, missing records, and data inconsistencies and document the resolution across creative advertising and campaign work in this Junior Data Analyst position.
• Translate analysis into clear summaries that explain trends, changes, exceptions, and business impact for the Toolad team as part of Junior Data Analyst work.
• Maintain calculation logic, filters, metric definitions, and source notes so reporting remains reproducible while supporting creative advertising and campaign work in the Junior Data Analyst role at Toolad.
• Support ad hoc analysis requests while protecting confidential business and customer information as part of day-to-day Junior Data Analyst responsibilities at Toolad.

What You Bring

• Relevant analytical training or practical experience; analyst-level experience is preferred for associate roles for the Junior Data Analyst opening at Toolad.
• Strong spreadsheet skills and familiarity with SQL, BI, reporting, or visualization tools.
• Comfort working with large datasets and checking calculations, filters, joins, and source quality.
• Ability to explain analytical findings clearly to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Strong problem-solving, documentation, and attention-to-detail skills.
