The Position

Think Tell Junction is adding a Junior Data Analyst to its team supporting communications, public relations, marketing, event support, customer engagement, and content coordination. You will analyze business data and turn it into accurate reports, trends, and practical insights while working with the teams responsible for this area. The role is full time, 100% remote, and open to candidates throughout the United States.

What You'll Contribute

• Collect, clean, and analyze data connected to communications, public relations, marketing, event support, customer engagement, and content coordination from approved spreadsheets, reports, databases, and business systems in the Junior Data Analyst role at Think Tell Junction.
• Build and maintain recurring reports, dashboards, and tracking files for key performance measures as part of the Junior Data Analyst role at Think Tell Junction.
• Investigate unusual values, missing records, and data inconsistencies and document the resolution across communications, marketing, and events in this Junior Data Analyst position.
• Translate analysis into clear summaries that explain trends, changes, exceptions, and business impact for the Think Tell Junction team as part of Junior Data Analyst work.
• Maintain calculation logic, filters, metric definitions, and source notes so reporting remains reproducible while supporting communications, marketing, and events in the Junior Data Analyst role at Think Tell Junction.
• Support ad hoc analysis requests while protecting confidential business and customer information as part of day-to-day Junior Data Analyst responsibilities at Think Tell Junction.

What We Value
