What You'll Support

• Collect, clean, and analyze data connected to recruiting and people operations for a travel distribution and ecommerce organization, along with customer and business support from approved spreadsheets, reports, databases, and business systems in the Junior Data Analyst role at Talento PriceTravel Holding.
• Build and maintain recurring reports, dashboards, and tracking files for key performance measures as part of the Junior Data Analyst role at Talento PriceTravel Holding.
• Investigate unusual values, missing records, and data inconsistencies and document the resolution across recruiting and travel-business support in this Junior Data Analyst position.
• Translate analysis into clear summaries that explain trends, changes, exceptions, and business impact for the Talento PriceTravel Holding team as part of Junior Data Analyst work.
• Maintain calculation logic, filters, metric definitions, and source notes so reporting remains reproducible while supporting recruiting and travel-business support in the Junior Data Analyst role at Talento PriceTravel Holding.
• Support ad hoc analysis requests while protecting confidential business and customer information as part of day-to-day Junior Data Analyst responsibilities at Talento PriceTravel Holding.

Experience & Skills

• Relevant analytical training or practical experience; analyst-level experience is preferred for associate roles for the Junior Data Analyst opening at Talento PriceTravel Holding.
• Strong spreadsheet skills and familiarity with SQL, BI, reporting, or visualization tools.
• Comfort working with large datasets and checking calculations, filters, joins, and source quality.
• Ability to explain analytical findings clearly to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Strong problem-solving, documentation, and attention-to-detail skills.
• A pre-employment background check is required.
