Position Overview

Stone 2000 Enterprises Inc. is adding a Junior Data Analyst to help with building products, customer service, sales support, order coordination, product support, vendors, and project operations. As the Junior Data Analyst, you will analyze business data and turn it into accurate reports, trends, and practical insights. The position is full time, 100% remote, and open to candidates throughout the United States.

Salary: $71,000 - $80,000 per year

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Collect, clean, and analyze data connected to building products, customer service, sales support, order coordination, product support, vendors, and project operations from approved spreadsheets, reports, databases, and business systems in the Junior Data Analyst role at Stone 2000 Enterprises Inc.
• Build and maintain recurring reports, dashboards, and tracking files for key performance measures as part of the Junior Data Analyst role at Stone 2000 Enterprises Inc.
• Investigate unusual values, missing records, and data inconsistencies and document the resolution across product, order, and customer operations in this Junior Data Analyst position.
• Translate analysis into clear summaries that explain trends, changes, exceptions, and business impact for the Stone 2000 Enterprises Inc. team as part of Junior Data Analyst work.
• Maintain calculation logic, filters, metric definitions, and source notes so reporting remains reproducible while supporting product, order, and customer operations in the Junior Data Analyst role at Stone 2000 Enterprises Inc.
• Support ad hoc analysis requests while protecting confidential business and customer information as part of day-to-day Junior Data Analyst responsibilities at Stone 2000 Enterprises Inc.

Qualifications

• Relevant analytical training or practical experience; analyst-level experience is preferred for associate roles for the Junior Data Analyst opening at Stone 2000 Enterprises Inc.
• Strong spreadsheet skills and familiarity with SQL, BI, reporting, or visualization tools.
• Comfort working with large datasets and checking calculations, filters, joins, and source quality.
• Ability to explain analytical findings clearly to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Strong problem-solving, documentation, and attention-to-detail skills.
