- Role Description This full-time Writer role is a hybrid position based in Ankara, with a mix of in-office collaboration and work-from-home flexibility. The Writer will research topics, develop ideas, and produce original content for formats such as articles, reports, marketing materials, and digital communications. Daily tasks include drafting and revising text, ensuring clarity and consistency, adapting tone and style to different audiences, and meeting agreed deadlines. The Writer will collaborate with editors, designers, and other stakeholders to refine content and align it with project goals. The role also involves monitoring feedback, updating existing materials, and contributing to content planning and strategy discussions.
- Qualifications
- Strong writing and storytelling abilities, with a clear, concise, and audience-focused style.
- Proficiency in editing and proofreading to ensure accuracy, coherence, and consistency.
- Ability to conduct thorough research and synthesize information from multiple sources.
- Experience with digital content formats, such as web articles, social media posts, and newsletters.
- Excellent command of English; Turkish language skills are an advantage.
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Literature, Communications, Journalism, Social Sciences) or equivalent experience.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize and meet deadlines in a hybrid work environment.
- Comfort with basic productivity and collaboration tools (e.g., word processing, shared document platforms).
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively, receiving and integrating constructive feedback.
