  • Junior Data Analyst – Role Description & Qualifications
  • We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Junior Data Analyst to support data management, reporting, and business analysis activities within the organization. The ideal candidate should possess strong problem-solving abilities, critical thinking skills, and the ability to interpret data accurately to support operational and strategic decision-making.
  • The Junior Data Analyst will assist in collecting, organizing, analyzing, and presenting data from multiple sources to help improve business performance and operational efficiency. This role requires strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to work with large datasets while maintaining accuracy and confidentiality.
  • Key responsibilities include preparing reports and dashboards, monitoring data quality, identifying trends and patterns, supporting performance analysis, and assisting with data-driven recommendations. The position may also involve maintaining databases, verifying information accuracy, generating insights for management, and collaborating with different departments to support business objectives and reporting requirements.
  • The successful candidate should be comfortable working with spreadsheets, reporting tools, databases, and data visualization platforms. Familiarity with data analysis techniques, statistical concepts, reporting systems, and workflow management processes is highly beneficial. The ability to interpret information clearly and present findings in an understandable manner is essential for this role.
  • Candidates should demonstrate strong communication skills, analytical thinking, adaptability, and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively. A proactive mindset, curiosity for problem-solving, and the willingness to continuously learn new analytical tools and business processes are highly valued. The ability to work independently while contributing positively within a collaborative team environment is important.
  • Preferred qualifications include a background in Data Analytics, Business Analytics, Statistics, Computer Science, Information Systems, Mathematics, or related fields. Previous experience in reporting, administration, research, operations support, or data-related tasks will be considered an advantage. Familiarity with spreadsheet analysis, database management, business intelligence tools, or reporting software is also beneficial.
