The Opportunity

Lorygen Group is adding a Junior Data Analyst to work across digital presence, accessibility-focused services, customer support, marketing, content, project coordination, and technology-enabled delivery. The Junior Data Analyst will analyze business data and turn it into accurate reports, trends, and practical insights. The opening is full time, fully remote, and open to candidates throughout the United States.

Salary: $70,500 - $79,500 per year

Your Day-to-Day

• Collect, clean, and analyze data connected to digital presence, accessibility-focused services, customer support, marketing, content, project coordination, and technology-enabled delivery from approved spreadsheets, reports, databases, and business systems in the Junior Data Analyst role at Lorygen Group.
• Build and maintain recurring reports, dashboards, and tracking files for key performance measures as part of the Junior Data Analyst role at Lorygen Group.
• Investigate unusual values, missing records, and data inconsistencies and document the resolution across digital services and customer delivery in this Junior Data Analyst position.
• Translate analysis into clear summaries that explain trends, changes, exceptions, and business impact for the Lorygen Group team as part of Junior Data Analyst work.
• Maintain calculation logic, filters, metric definitions, and source notes so reporting remains reproducible while supporting digital services and customer delivery in the Junior Data Analyst role at Lorygen Group.
• Support ad hoc analysis requests while protecting confidential business and customer information as part of day-to-day Junior Data Analyst responsibilities at Lorygen Group.

What You'll Bring

• Relevant analytical training or practical experience; analyst-level experience is preferred for associate roles for the Junior Data Analyst opening at Lorygen Group.
• Strong spreadsheet skills and familiarity with SQL, BI, reporting, or visualization tools.
• Comfort working with large datasets and checking calculations, filters, joins, and source quality.
• Ability to explain analytical findings clearly to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Strong problem-solving, documentation, and attention-to-detail skills.
