Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Writer role based in Coimbatore. The Writer will be responsible for creating clear, engaging content for websites, software interfaces, marketing materials, user guides, FAQs, and internal documents. Day-to-day activities include researching products and services, drafting and revising copy, collaborating with designers and developers to align content with product features, and ensuring all materials follow company branding and tone guidelines. The role also involves proofreading and editing existing content, organizing information for usability, and working with cross-functional teams to support product launches, customer communication, and documentation updates.
Qualifications
Strong writing skills, with the ability to produce clear, concise, and engaging content for technical and non-technical audiences.
Experience with web and digital content, including website copy, product descriptions, and basic UX-focused messaging.
Proficiency in researching topics, organizing information logically, and translating complex concepts into easy-to-understand language.
Attention to detail in grammar, spelling, formatting, and consistency across documents.
Ability to collaborate with developers, designers, and other stakeholders to gather information and refine content.
Good command of English, with strong verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple tasks, meet deadlines, and adapt to changing project requirements.
Bachelor’s degree in English, Communications, Journalism, Technical Writing, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
Familiarity with software, technology, or SaaS products is an advantage.
Willingness to learn about GPS tracking, real estate, and other domain-specific software solutions offered by the company.
