Position Summary

Hustle Notice Biz is hiring a Junior Data Analyst across its staffing, recruiting, business development, marketing, communications, event support, and client service. As the Junior Data Analyst, you will analyze business data and turn it into accurate reports, trends, and practical insights. The position is full time, 100% remote, and open to candidates throughout the United States.

What You'll Own

• Collect, clean, and analyze data connected to staffing, recruiting, business development, marketing, communications, event support, and client service from approved spreadsheets, reports, databases, and business systems in the Junior Data Analyst role at Hustle Notice Biz.
• Build and maintain recurring reports, dashboards, and tracking files for key performance measures as part of the Junior Data Analyst role at Hustle Notice Biz.
• Investigate unusual values, missing records, and data inconsistencies and document the resolution across recruiting, client, and business services in this Junior Data Analyst position.
• Translate analysis into clear summaries that explain trends, changes, exceptions, and business impact for the Hustle Notice Biz team as part of Junior Data Analyst work.
• Maintain calculation logic, filters, metric definitions, and source notes so reporting remains reproducible while supporting recruiting, client, and business services in the Junior Data Analyst role at Hustle Notice Biz.
• Support ad hoc analysis requests while protecting confidential business and customer information as part of day-to-day Junior Data Analyst responsibilities at Hustle Notice Biz.

What We're Looking For

• Relevant analytical training or practical experience; analyst-level experience is preferred for associate roles for the Junior Data Analyst opening at Hustle Notice Biz.
• Strong spreadsheet skills and familiarity with SQL, BI, reporting, or visualization tools.
• Comfort working with large datasets and checking calculations, filters, joins, and source quality.
