Role Description The Owner of Centre International Mohammed VI de la Simulation en Sciences et Santé (CIM6SS) is responsible for providing strategic leadership, overseeing operations, and ensuring the long-term sustainability and growth of the organization. This full-time remote role includes setting vision and goals, managing budgets and financial performance, and guiding the development of educational and simulation programs in science and health. The Owner collaborates with senior leaders, partners, and stakeholders to strengthen institutional partnerships, expand international reach, and maintain high standards of quality and innovation. Day-to-day responsibilities also involve high-level decision-making, monitoring key performance indicators, supporting talent development and organizational culture, and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and ethical standards.
Qualifications
Demonstrated leadership and strategic management skills, including experience overseeing complex organizations or educational institutions.
Strong financial acumen, with the ability to manage budgets, interpret financial reports, and make data-informed decisions.
Background in healthcare, medical education, or scientific research, with familiarity in simulation-based training considered a strong asset.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills, including experience building partnerships at national and international levels.
Proven ability to lead remote teams, foster an inclusive and collaborative culture, and manage change effectively.
High level of integrity, professionalism, and commitment to ethical standards in science, health, and education.
Advanced degree in healthcare, education, business administration, or a related field is preferred.
Fluency in English and proficiency in additional languages relevant to the center’s stakeholders is an advantage.
