We’re looking for a detail-oriented and analytical Junior Data Analyst to join our growing team. 🎯 Key Responsibilities
• Collect, clean, organize, and analyze data from various business sources.
• Prepare reports, dashboards, and visualizations to communicate key findings and trends.
• Support data-driven decision-making by providing accurate and timely analysis.
• Monitor business performance metrics and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Assist in developing and maintaining databases, data models, and reporting systems.
• Perform data validation and quality checks to ensure data accuracy and integrity.
• Collaborate with business teams to understand reporting requirements and analytical needs.
• Conduct ad-hoc analysis and research to support operational and strategic initiatives.
• Identify patterns, trends, and insights that can improve business performance.
• Document analytical processes, methodologies, and reporting procedures.
✅ Requirements
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills.
• Basic knowledge of data analysis, statistics, and business intelligence concepts.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets.
• Familiarity with SQL for querying and managing data is preferred.
• Experience with Power BI, Tableau, Looker Studio, or similar visualization tools is an advantage.
• Basic understanding of databases and data management principles.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Good communication skills with the ability to present findings clearly.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Economics, Business, Finance, or a related field is preferred.
