Role Description This part-time remote Junior Data Analyst role at Ramery Bâtiment Caen focuses on supporting data-driven decision-making for construction and building projects. The Junior Data Analyst will collect, clean, and organize project and operational data, and assist with building basic reports and dashboards for internal stakeholders. Day-to-day tasks include performing routine data analysis, validating data accuracy, preparing summary statistics, and documenting methodologies and findings in clear and concise formats. The role also involves collaborating with project teams to understand data needs, responding to ad hoc analysis requests, and contributing to continuous improvement of data processes and tools under the guidance of more senior team members.
Qualifications
Strong analytical skills and foundational Data Analytics capabilities, with the ability to interpret quantitative information and identify trends.
Basic knowledge of Statistics and experience applying statistical concepts to real-world datasets.
Understanding of Data Modeling principles, including organizing and structuring data for reporting and analysis.
Clear and professional Communication skills, with the ability to present findings to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Comfort with spreadsheets and data tools (e.g., Excel, Google Sheets; exposure to SQL or BI tools is an advantage).
Attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a remote, part-time environment.
Ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams and follow established data and documentation standards.
Relevant education in data analytics, statistics, mathematics, computer science, engineering, or a related field (completed or in progress).
Interest in the construction, building, or infrastructure sector and willingness to learn industry-specific data practices.
