Role Description This part-time remote Owner role at PIERRE PEINTURE is responsible for overseeing overall business operations, setting strategic direction, and ensuring sustainable growth. The Owner manages project pipelines, coordinates with clients and suppliers, and supervises quality standards for all services and deliverables. Daily responsibilities include budgeting and financial oversight, reviewing performance metrics, and making decisions about pricing, marketing, and service offerings. The role also involves building and maintaining customer relationships, resolving escalated issues, and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and company policies. The Owner works independently, using digital tools to manage communication, documentation, and operational workflows from a remote location.
Qualifications
Demonstrated experience in business ownership, leadership, or management, with the ability to make strategic and operational decisions.
Strong skills in budgeting, financial tracking, and basic accounting to oversee revenues, expenses, and profitability.
Ability to manage client relationships, handle negotiations, and provide high-quality customer service in a professional manner.
Competence using digital tools and software for remote work, including project management, communication, and documentation platforms.
Organizational and time management skills to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and handle multiple projects in a part-time capacity.
Experience in the painting, construction, home improvement, or related industry is highly beneficial.
Comfort with marketing and business development activities, such as networking, online promotion, and lead generation.
Ability to work independently with a high level of integrity, accountability, and attention to detail.
